Career Selection Has Its Own Grammar

After spending 4 years of studying in university, it is time to work. When choosing a career path, I personally feel that the career selection process has its own grammar. When choosing a career, three words will probably cross our mind...Past, Present, Future
Past:
i) Do I want to go back to the company that I did my industrial training?
ii) The previous company was good, but I wanna get myself involved in different industries.
(iii) Not interested in the previous company but I am bonded by the previous company...I have no choice.
Present:
(i) Having difficulties in decision making because of too many job offers at one time?
(ii) Finding the best offer but yet confused: Company reputation versus Salary
(iii) Facing dilemma in the following type of job offer.
*Fulfill personal interest but low salary
*High salary but fulfillment of personal interest is low
(iv) No further updates after attending a number of interviews?
Future:
(i) If I join this company, would I be given a chance to work overseas?
(ii) Does the company provide healthy environment in terms of getting promoted to higher positions?
(iii) If I join this company, would I be able to achieve my target (e.g. owning properties, expected annual income, etc)?
