The largest FPSO in Asia Pacific - Hai Yang Shi You 117

Hey, guy! This is the largest FPSO in Asia Pacific-Hai Yang Shi You 117 (海洋石油117 渤海蓬勃号). It is my company past project. Our scope is fabrication, integration and providing commissioning assistance of 15 Topsides Modules and 7 Piperack Modules onto a new build FPSO hull of 2 million barrels storage capacity. So, let me to introduce it to all of you. I also hope u guys can share your working experience here.

FPSO Hai Yang Shi You 117 is the largest of its type - and the most expensive ship China has ever
built. The estimate construction cost is more than 3.5 billions Ren Min Bi.

The vessel total length is 323m, width is 63m, height is 71m (from base line)

The berthing process was done by 5 tug boats. 2 big and 3 small tug boats

I'm not familiar with FPSO, but one thing for sure, floating mega-structure is growing fast. Perhaps, we'll about to see the a floating city in future.
