I had never thought of living in Miri for the past 23 years and now I am working here. It was not easy to adjust myself in this new environment where you would meet different kind of people, not Malay, Chinese, or Indian anymore, but the local natives, Iban, Bidayuh, Kadazan and etc. Life pace in Miri is considerably slow if compared to Kuala Lumpur but what I like about here is that "everything is nearby" because Miri is a small city. Moreover, there is no highway here, therefore, nobody has to pay the toll. Hey, ladies and gentlemen, attached is the house I m living now...sharing with 3 housemates.
